# 研究发现吃太多盐可能影响大脑功能

Stern教授表示：“如果长期摄入大量食盐，我们促进抗利尿激素释放的神经元就会过度激活，这个机制会导致过度缺氧，进而造成脑组织损伤。”而如果我们能更深入地了解这个过程，我们就有机会阻止这个过程，或是帮助那些与食盐摄入相关的高血压人群。
