# 英国监管机构CMA可能会在下周就微软与动视暴雪的交易做出决定

英国竞争与市场管理局 (CMA) 预计将于下周就微软动视暴雪交易发布初步决定。在此之前，[微软重组了其交易](https://www.theverge.com/2023/8/22/23828302/microsoft-activision-blizzard-acquisition-ubisoft-cloud-gaming-rights-uk-cma)，将动视暴雪当前和新游戏的云游戏版权转让给育碧，此前 CMA 因云游戏问题而阻止了该[交易](https://www.theverge.com/2023/4/26/23689252/microsoft-activision-blizzard-acquisition-blocked-uk-cma)。

在做出初步决定后，最终决定将于 10 月 18 日做出。英国是微软这笔巨额交易的最后一个监管障碍。
