# 飞利浦召回340台核磁共振仪，因为它们在紧急情况下可能会爆炸

飞利浦正在全球范围内召回数百台 Panorama 1.0T HFO 核磁共振仪（MRI），这些医学成像设备在正常运行过程中可能会爆炸。在美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）的一份公告中提到已经发生过一次。

美国食品和药物管理局发出了最严重的[“一级”召回警告](https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/medical-device-recalls/philips-north-america-llc-recalls-panorama-10t-hfo-due-risk-explosion-during-quench-procedure-caused)，要求所有机器的所有者停止使用，并等待技术人员进行修复。这些设备在2001年至2016年期间销售，据[报道](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-12-21/philips-recalls-medical-imaging-device-due-to-risk-of-explosion)全球有340台Panorama 1.0T HFO 机器正在运行。

召回的原因是发现在磁体线圈的“[quench](https://radiology.ucsf.edu/patient-care/patient-safety/mri/quench)”过程中，用于超冷线圈的氦气蒸发，可能导致设备爆炸。尽管这种情况不常见，但如果排气系统被堵塞，设备可能会受到损坏，造成财产损失和严重伤害。
