# Yandex荷兰母公司宣布近52亿美元出售俄罗斯业务

2月5日，俄罗斯科技公司Yandex的荷兰母公司Yandex N.V.发布声明称，同意以现金和股票交易的形式将俄罗斯与部分国际市场业务出售给俄投资者财团，出售总对价将达到4750亿卢布（约合52.1亿美元）。
