# Open Collective 基金会将在年内关门

Open Collective 基金会发表正式声明，宣布将于 12 月 31 日终止运作。Open Collective 基金会是一个为非营利项目——其中包括很多开源自由软件项目——提供法务和财务服务的组织。Open Collective 生态系统有多个相似名字的组织，其中包括盈利性实体 Open Collective. Inc (OC)，非盈利基金会 Open Collective Foundation (OCF)，专为开源软件项目提供支持的 Open Source Collective (OSC)，以及主要为欧洲项目提供支持的 Open Collective Europe (OCE)，它们彼此之间都是独立运作的，Open Collective 基金会独立做出了关闭的决定，其它三个项目都继续正常运作。
