# Google 起诉两名开发欺诈性加密货币应用的中国开发者

Google 起诉了两位加密货币应用的中国开发者Yunfeng Sun（又称Alphonse Sun）Hongnam Cheung（又称Zhang Hongnim和Stanford Fischer），Google指控他们在 4 年内通过 Play Store 发布了至少 87 个欺诈性加密货币或其它投资应用，通过“杀猪盘”的骗局从一位用户身上骗取了最高 7.5 万美元的资金。

Google 要求法庭下令永久禁止他们使用其产品和服务。Google 诉讼提及的欺骗性应用包括了 TionRT 和 SkypeWallet以及在 TikTok 和Instagram 上打广告的 Starlight 应用，Google 估计受害者有 10 万，其中美国用户约 8700 人。
