# 马斯克为 SpaceX 双重股权结构辩护，称需保证多行星使命

SpaceX 计划下月上市前，马斯克解释了为何公司治理结构要让他不能被董事会解雇。他将持有拥有 10 倍投票权的 B 类股，只有 B 类股东能罢免他，董事会对此无权。马斯克称，这是为了确保公司专注于让人成为多行星物种，不受季度盈利等短期干扰。他过去也多次以多行星使命为由回应各类批评。
