# AI 实际成本高于雇佣人类员工：微软砍内部 Claude Code 许可，Uber 四月耗尽全年 AI 预算

微软已取消大部分内部 Claude Code 许可证，转向 GitHub Copilot CLI，距首次开放该工具仅六个月。Uber 同样遭遇成本难题：其 CTO 称公司在 2026 年头四月就花光了全年 AI 编码工具预算，此前还通过内部排行榜激励员工多用 AI。

这些案例折射出“更便宜 token、更高总账单”的悖论。高盛预测，代理式 AI 到 2030 年可能使每月 token 消耗升至 120 兆；Nvidia 高管也表示，算力成本已远超员工工资。即便单一 token 价格下滑，企业级 AI 部署的总支出仍在急剧攀升。
