# 拼多多一季度利润低于预期

拼多多母公司 PDD Holdings 一季度净利润同比下降 15% 至 125.5 亿元，低于分析师预期的 228 亿元；营收同比增长 11% 至 1062.3 亿元，也低于 1099.5 亿元的预期。

利润下滑主要受中国电商竞争加剧和监管压力影响。PDD 将业绩波动归因于供应链等长期投入，并计划推出商家支持措施以提升留存。其美股盘前一度下跌约 5.4%。
