# 国家市场监管总局外卖新规明日正式实施，中国 6 月起严查外卖“幽灵厨房”

2026 年 6 月 1 日起，国家市场监管总局外卖新规将正式实施。据报从 6 月起，中国政府将对外卖平台展开突击检查，重点清理没有实体店或无证经营的“幽灵厨房”。美团等平台必须确保线上店铺与实际地址一致。

此前因平台审核不严，大量虚假商家得以注册。新措施旨在强化监管，保护消费者权益。
