# 爆料：iPhone 18 Pro 调整主板设计，私自扩容维修难度可能提高

根据塔塔集团泄露文件显示，iPhone 18 Pro 系列可能放弃沿用多年的双层主板夹心 SoC 方案，改为将 A20 Pro 芯片外置到主板表层，以便直接接触散热石墨、VC 均热板等散热介质。

泄露的主板图还显示，NAND 闪存被调整到两层主板中间夹层。后续若用户自行进行硬盘扩容，需要先高温分层主板，再更换芯片并重新植锡贴合，操作难度和报废风险都会提高。
