# 英伟达 Blackwell 晶圆已在美国量产，但仍需运往台湾完成先进封装

台积电亚利桑那州 Fab 21 已量产英伟达 Blackwell 晶圆，采用为英伟达定制的 4NP 制程。英特尔当地 Fab 52 也已投产 18A 制程，美国已具备先进逻辑芯片的本土制造能力。

但亚利桑那生产的 Blackwell 晶圆仍需运往约 7000 英里外的台湾，完成切割、堆叠和 CoWoS-L 封装，美国目前也没有量产或封装 HBM 的设施。Amkor、台积电和 SK 海力士正建设相关产能，完整的美国本土供应链预计最早要到 2028 至 2029 年形成。
