# Claude 推出 Reflect 功能，可回顾过去一年的使用情况

Anthropic 推出 Reflect 测试版，可在 Claude 网页版和桌面端的设置中生成使用报告，回顾过去 1、3、6 或 12 个月的聊天活动。报告会总结常用主题、使用时段和任务类型，并提供暂停提醒、免打扰时段等设置。该功能目前面向已开启 Memory 的 Free、Pro 和 Max 用户，隐身聊天、连接工具中的原始文件及健康工具相关对话不会纳入分析。
