# ASML 拟涨价光刻设备，台积电抵制、部分中企接受 DUV 涨 10%

ASML 计划上调芯片制造设备价格，首席财务官 Roger Dassen 表示，当前环境赋予公司更好的定价权，且先进 EUV 光刻机的产能已几乎预订至 2027 年底。ASML 正与台积电就上调 EUV 设备价格进行谈判，但遭到抵制；同时 ASML 已告知部分客户（包括中国芯片制造商），拟将 DUV 设备价格提高 10%，部分中国客户已同意该涨幅。
