# 美国吸引游戏玩家入职空管，达成 94% 目标

美国交通部与联邦航空管理局于 2026 年 4 月启动面向游戏玩家的空中交通管制员招募活动。美国交通部长肖恩·达菲称，活动已在创纪录时间内完成招聘目标的 94%，今年已有 2,000 多人获聘，另有 2,000 多人进入招募流程。

相关部门看重游戏玩家的空间感知、多任务处理、战略思考和快速解决问题能力。招募宣传称，空中交通管制员工作 3 年后平均年薪可达 155,000 美元。
