# Cursor 宣布正式加入 SpaceX，将与 SpaceXAI 共同升级 Grok 等产品

Cursor 官方宣布已完成收购，正式成为 SpaceX 的一部分。团队将加入 SpaceXAI，共同优化 Grok、Grok Build、Grok Bot、Grok API 及 Cursor 等产品，目标是让 Grok 成为全球最实用的 AI。
