# 英伟达据称筹划中国版新 AI 芯片，B30A 性能或高于 H20

英伟达据称正开发代号 B30A 的中国版 Blackwell AI 芯片，以符合美国对华出口限制，性能预计高于现有 H20，但低于旗舰 B300。该芯片采用单芯片设计并配备高带宽内存，样品最早可能于下月交付，最终规格和能否获批仍未确定。
