# DeepSeek 拟在内蒙古部署 16 万颗 华为芯片，打造最大昇腾集群之一

知情人士透露，DeepSeek 计划在[内蒙古新建的超大数据中心](https://t.me/zaihuapd/43333)部署至少 16 万颗华为昇腾 950DT 芯片，用于运行模型，这或成为华为 AI 芯片已知最大集群之一。

不过安装时间取决于华为产能，因高端内存等零部件短缺，今年 950DT 产量或仅数十万颗，订单履行可能需一年多。
