# 住建部：房地产市场供求关系发生重大变化，进入存量时代

9 月 18 日，住建部房地产市场监管司司长张雪涛表示，当前房地产市场出现两个转变：供求关系发生重大变化，且进入存量时代。二手房交易占比从 2020 年的 27%升至 2025 年的 46%，2026 年前 8 个月达 52%。
