俄罗斯导弹袭击乌克兰数据中心后，热门种子追踪网站 1337x 和 NordicQuality 一度因服务器受损宕机，随后恢复上线。

袭击集中在基辅周边，多家数据中心和通信企业设施受影响，部分运营商已将业务转移至其他地区或国家。
