# Anthropic 将捐 5% 股份设立公益基金

Anthropic 宣布，将把 5% 的公司股份投入新设的 Anthropic Public Benefit Fund，但仍需股东批准；公司估值每较基准上涨 50%，董事会可酌情再追加 2% 股份。

该基金为 Anthropic 全资 LLC，所持股份不会用于游说或政治捐款。加上联合创始人承诺捐出的 80% 股权及员工股权配捐，约 20% 股份将用于公共利益。
