# DeepSeek 二轮融资 1055 亿元，估值超 6155 亿

据 The Information 披露，DeepSeek 第二轮融资规模达 1055 亿元，估值突破 6155 亿元，近 30 家投资方参与。腾讯出资 100 亿元，宁德时代及董事长曾毓群合计出资 100 亿元，长鑫存储、中芯国际、美团、vivo、小红书等也在名单中。

本轮国资背景投资者贡献约 27% 资金，高于首轮（今年 6 月完成，约 510 亿元）的 2%。
